A 2 3/4 hour narrated boat tour to see puffins, other seabirds, seals and eagles in their natural habitat. Now in our 32 year in educating and entertaining our guests. Excellent photo opportunities and spectacular scenery. Tours daily rain or shine in covered boat. A great way to spend a morning or afternoon. You will be enthralled by our unique narration. Note: Bird Island Boat Tours, a nature tour provider in Cape Breton for their 39th year, is excited to celebrate their new tour boat, "Puffin Express". Her fibreglass hull was built in Yarmouth Co. by Wedgeport Boatbuilders. The rest of the construction has been completed in Cape Breton, mostly by Reardon's Fibreglass & Boat Repair in Florence.
