Four rustic cottages nestled along the banks of Sable River, Shelburne County. Each cottage is equipped with a four-piece bath and a fully-fitted kitchen including a full-size fridge and electric range, coffeemaker, toaster and household utensils. There are two bedrooms in each unit, one with a queen-size bed and built-in closet, the other with two twin-size beds and closet. Each cottage has a fully-furnished living room or common area and will comfortably accommodate 5 adults. Follow Highway #103 East from Yarmouth or Highway #103 West from Halifax to Sable River; then watch for the signs. Sable River View Cottages are about 2 hours from downtown Halifax and about an hour and a half from the ferry terminal in Yarmouth.

Located in Hubbards on Nova Scotia's beautiful South Shore Lighthouse Route, only 30 minutes from Halifax, Peggy's Cove and Lunenburg. Our village like setting offers thirteen cozy cottages, new or completely renovated in 2001, and all with fully equipped kitchens for those extended stays, one sleeping cabin, plus the “Anchorage” main building which has 4 rooms all with private bathrooms, including King Suite with 6' whirlpool tub and fireplace and a queen suite with kitchenette and fireplace. Each cottage has a private deck area with BBQ, some units with fireplace (new electric) and/or whirlpool.
Take Highway 103 East to exit 6 from 103 to Highway 3. Turn left on Highway 3 approximately 3km (2mi) on the right you will come to the end of Hubbards Cove. Turn right and cross a small bridge, keep right on the Shore Club Road, we are on the left 3 houses past the Church.

Martin's Sissiboo Hideaway is a cottage rental year around. The cottage sleeps six comfortable and it has full bathroom, kitchen, fireplace in living room. The construction is post and beam. Very private, surrounded with hardwood trees and also swimming. There is a wharf and we offer a canoe and kayak. Coming from Digby get off the highway at Exit 27, come into town and take a left before the Goodwin Hotel. We are 5 minutes up Weymouth Mills Road. The house is a big red farm house with a white fence around it. Coming from Yarmouth take Exit 28, come into town go past the bridge and turn right at the Goodwin Hotel and 5 minutes up the Weymouth Mills Road, big red farm house with white fence around it.
